MARION – The following information was released by the Marion Police Department on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023.

Monica Cox, 47, of Carterville was issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 14, 2023.

Alan Reliford, 28, of Marion was issued a citation for Battery in the 700 block of N. Market St. on Aug. 17, 2023.

Reese Yates, 38, of Marion was arrested for Forgery and Identity Theft in the 2800 block of Outer Dr. on Aug. 17, 2023.

Jeremy Urban, 43, of Sesser was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 18, 2023.

Collin Smith, 39, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery on Aug. 20, 2023 in the 200 block of E. Patrick St.

Dakota Miskelley, 32, of Marion was arrested for Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Aug. 8, 2023 in the 1400 block of W. Boulevard St.

Adam Wilson, 46, of Ava was arrested for Possession of Adult Use Cannabis and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Aug. 8, 2023 in the area of Aurelia Dr.

Josiah Caton, Jr., was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines on Aug. 16, 2023 in the 1400 block of W. Boulevard St.

Milla Ramos, 31, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery-Pregnant Person and Domestic Battery on Aug. 22, 2023.
