JONESBORO – The Union County Sheriff’s Office and Jonesboro Police Department are asking for your help locating 20-year-old Samuel G. Spencer, who is wanted on an out of state warrant and has a previous history of violent crimes.

Spencer has tattoos on the side of his face, hand and wrist.

Spencer was last known to be living in Jonesboro.
