MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024.

Brittany Kennedy, 25, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery on Nov. 23, 2024, in the 1100 block of Midway Court.

Jacob Smiley, 21, of Creal Springs was arrested for Domestic Battery and Interference with Reporting a Domestic Battery in the 1200 block of East Carter on Nov. 23, 2024.

Michael Moreles, 35, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the area of Westminster Drive and Fosse Road on Nov. 18, 2024.

Janelle Lee, 31, of Herrin has been issued a citation for Driving on Revoked License on November 24, 2024, in the area of West Longstreet Road.

Betty Davis, 44, of Marion was issued citations for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis/Passenger and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Nov. 25, 2024, in the area of North Logan Street and East Parham Street.

James Weinel, 46, of Marion was issued a citation for Driving on a Suspended License on Nov. 24, 2024, in the area of North Logan Street and East Parham Street.
