CHRISTOPHER – A missing Christopher woman was found shortly after being reported missing Sunday.

Franklin County Emergency Management sent out a Nixle alert around 10:15 a.m. saying Christopher Police were looking for 85-year-old Mary E. Brown. She was last seen in the area of the elderly housing on West Market Street in Christopher and was believed to be on foot.

Then shortly after noon, the alert was cancelled after Brown was found. No word on where she was located.
