MARION – The following information was released by the Marion Police Department on Friday, Aug. 25, 2023.

Kelly Hahn, 45, of Royalton was issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 20, 2023.

Donald Keen, 63, of Marion was arrested for Obstructing Identification and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Aug. 21, 2023 in the 2400 block of Black Diamond Dr.

Eric Barrett, 36, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery on Aug. 21, 2023 in the 1200 block of E. Boulevard St.

Heidi Boese, 32, of Marion was arrested for Deliver/Possess with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance on Aug. 22, 2023 in the 1300 block of W. Boulevard St.

Jeremiah Vaughn, 23, of Du Quoin was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon on Aug. 22, 2023 in the 1300 block of W. Boulevard St.

Shannon Brimm, 51, of Elizabethtown was arrested for Violation of Sex offender Registration on August 22, 2023 in the 1100 block of W. DeYoung St.

Dustin Kollars, 40, of Marion was arrested for Disorderly Conduct on Aug. 22, 2023 in the 500 block of E. College St. on Aug 22, 2023.

Bradley Odgen, 33, of Zeigler was arrested for Domestic Battery and Unlawful Restraint in the 800 block of W. Main St. on August 23, 2023.

Pearl Lewis III, 42, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery in the 300 block of N. Vicksburg St. on Aug. 24, 2023.
