BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024.
2-14-24 Jennifer L. Mayo, age 41, of Patoka was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
2-14-24 Billy B. Holland, age 53, of Desoto was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving while license revoked, having a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
2-15-24 Brandi J. Pierce, age 43, of Broughton was arrested for driving while license suspended and possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle.
2-16-24 Eric L. Erkmann, age 30, of Thompsonville was issued traffic citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and two citations for failure to properly secure a child.
2-17-24 Ashey D. Bymaster, age 33, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
2-18-24 Rachel L. Mills, age 45, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for leaving the scene of an accident.
2-18-24 Amanda L. Finney, age 44, of Benton was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
2-19-24 Logan J. Browning, age 19, of Macedonia was issued traffic citations for driving while license suspended.
2-19-24 Angela D. Grutzius, age 51, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for no valid registration.
WARRANT ARRESTS
2-13-24 Gary J. Dunning, age 42, of Marion. Failure to appear for theft.
2-13-24 Jeremy R. Thiele, age 34, of Benton. Failure to appear for battery.
2-14-24 Daniel D. Marlow, age 43, of Pinckneyville. Possession with intent to deliverer a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of possession of a firearm.
2-15-24 Trevor J. Waters, age 25, of Zeigler. Burglary and theft.
2-26-24 Fred E. Berquez Jr., age 63, of Zeigler. Jackson County failure to appear for fishing on private property.
2-17-24 Jacklyn S. Steed, age 30, of West Frankfort. Theft
2-17-24 Cassidy R. McClerren, age 25, of Benton. Failure to appear for delivery or possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine.
The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
